Graham has spent his career helping organizations navigate both federal and provincial politics and brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic communications and client management to New West. He is delighted to return to the firm as Director, Federal Affairs, after previously serving as a senior consultant from 2021 to 2024.

Most recently, Graham served in the U.S. State Department as the primary Canadian political and economic adviser for U.S. diplomats posted to Alberta and the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa. In this role, Graham worked alongside Canadian and American diplomats, business executives, and elected officials to advance the world’s most complex bilateral relationship.

Graham holds a Master of Science in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Social Science in Environmental Economics and Public Policy from the University of Ottawa. He is fluently bilingual and an enthusiast of skiing, cars, and cycling.
