Haleigh is a Researcher at New West Public Affairs, where she helps clients navigate the complexities of government through strategic research, stakeholder mapping, policy monitoring, and the development of communications products. She serves as the organizational link between research and execution, supporting client correspondence, issues tracking, event logistics, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Haleigh’s foundation in government relations and public policy stems from her Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies, with a Minor in Indigenous Studies from Mount Royal University. She also gained experience in municipal government while working as a Tribunal Assessment Assistant with the City of Calgary, where she supported cross-departmental coordination, conducted regulatory research, and liaised with legal teams to ensure fair and legislatively compliant property assessments. Outside of work, Haleigh volunteers with the Calgary Stampede’s Sam Centre, where she helps preserve Western culture and foster community engagement.
