Haleigh is a Consultant at New West Public Affairs, where she supports clients in navigating government and regulatory environments through strategic insight, relationship-building, and execution-focused support. She leads policy monitoring, stakeholder engagement planning, and the development of tailored communications products. With a strong foundation in research and issues management, Haleigh bridges strategy and implementation, coordinating outreach, managing client deliverables, and contributing to impactful advocacy efforts across sectors.
Haleigh’s foundation in government relations and public policy stems from her Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies, with a Minor in Indigenous Studies from Mount Royal University. She also gained experience in municipal government while working as a Tribunal Assessment Assistant with the City of Calgary, where she supported cross-departmental coordination, conducted regulatory research, and liaised with legal teams to ensure fair and legislatively compliant property assessments. Outside of work, Haleigh volunteers with the Calgary Stampede’s Sam Centre, where she helps preserve Western culture and foster community engagement.
