Yesterday, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland presented the federal government’s Fall Economic Statement.

Queen Elizabeth II will be laid to rest on Monday September 19, and it remains to be seen whether the day will be declared a statutory holiday in Canada.
